There is nothing more frustrating than going out and purchasing a beautiful iPhone that costs an arm and a leg. You look at the beautiful box it comes in and slowly open it to pull out one of the most beautifully designed phones out there. As you begin to download the latest apps (we’re guessing it’s Candy Crush) you realize that you do not want to hurt your new baby. You add a screen protector, then add an over-sized case to make sure you don’t hurt the phone. Before you know it, the phone now weighs 5 pounds and is bulkier than the Zach Morris brick phone from the 90′s. The other downside is the beauty of the iPhone is lost along with all of the hard work of Jony Ive and Steve Jobs has been lost. There are some creative cases that look good but nothing close to the original design of the phone and aren’t usually made to impress people.
We managed to find a great case that doesn’t add to much bulk but is eye catching enough to use on the beautiful iPhone 5 and 5s. The company used walnut wood and designed a minimalist case that is definitely eye catching. They also include the Apple monogram on the case which carries over some of the original design and brings it through the wood. The case is hand made which means a lot of effort is put into each case made and ships worldwide. The nice thing about the case being made from natural wood will ensure that no phone case is exactly the same which is something nobody can typically claim. The wooden case is built strong enough to protect from scratches and shocks from dropping it.
